Keep the Machine Online
A connected machine tells you what sold, what is nearly empty and what has faulted, while it is happening. A disconnected one tells you nothing until you drive over and open it. We supply and manage the data SIM so that never becomes your problem to chase.
What the connection gives you
Every machine we sell has the 4G module fitted as standard. The SIM is what switches it on.
Sales as they happen
Every transaction, with the product and the time. After two weeks you can see which four lines are carrying the machine and rebuild the trays around them.
Stock levels before they hit zero
Refill on the machine's schedule instead of yours. A sold-out row earns nothing and quietly trains people to stop checking the machine at all.
Faults the moment they occur
A jammed coil or a cooling fault reports itself. You find out the same day rather than on your next visit, after a week of lost sales.
Common questions
Why does a vending machine need a SIM card?
The 4G module is how the machine tells you anything. Without a data connection you only learn what sold, what ran out and what broke when you physically open the machine — which usually means after you have already lost the sales.
Can I use my own SIM instead?
Yes. Any Kuwaiti data SIM with a small monthly allowance will work, and we will configure the machine against it at no charge. We offer the rental because managing a separate telecom line per machine becomes a nuisance once you have more than one or two.
How much data does a machine use?
Very little — it sends transaction and stock records, not video. A minimal data plan is enough for a single machine.
What happens if the connection drops?
The machine keeps selling. It stores transactions locally and uploads them when the connection returns, so a network outage costs you reporting delay rather than revenue.
