Card Payments on Your Vending Machine
In Kuwait, a machine that only takes coins is a machine turning customers away all day without telling you. We fit a Pax terminal to your machine, configure it against your own merchant account and test it before we leave.

Why it matters more than people expect
The sales you never see
A cash-only machine does not record the person who walked up, found no coins in their pocket, and walked away. That loss is invisible, which is exactly why it gets ignored.
It also changes what you can sell. With cards, pricing above 500 fils stops being a problem, because nobody has to assemble the amount in coins. That opens the higher-margin lines that make a machine worth owning rather than merely busy.

How we set it up
You arrange the merchant account
Your bank issues the merchant agreement so that sales settle directly to you. If you have not done this before, we will tell you what to ask them for.
We fit and configure
The terminal connects to the machine's MDB interface and we configure it against your merchant details, so a card tap debits the right amount and releases the right product.
We test with real transactions
Live payments, on the actual machine, confirming the money moves and the product drops. We do not hand over on the assumption that it works.
Common questions
How much does the payment terminal cost?
KD 25 per month on a three-month minimum contract. That covers the terminal, fitting it to the machine, configuring it against your merchant account and testing it before we hand over.
Which payment methods does it accept?
KNET, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. KNET is the one that matters in Kuwait — it is how most people pay for small purchases, and a machine without it loses sales it never records.
Are there transaction fees?
KNET charges 0.25% per transaction, which it deducts before the money reaches your account. That is KNET's fee, not ours — we take nothing per transaction.
Whose merchant account does the money go into?
Yours. The terminal is configured against your own merchant agreement with your bank, so the sales settle directly into your account with nothing passing through us.
Can I buy the terminal instead of renting it?
The terminals come from the bank, so purchase terms are set by them rather than by us. Most buyers rent because it keeps the terminal, its replacement and its configuration as one monthly line rather than a capital item to maintain.
What if the terminal fails?
We replace it. The rental covers the working terminal rather than that specific unit, so a fault is our problem to solve, not a repair you pay for.
Add card payments
Whether the machine came from us or not, we can fit and configure a terminal on it.
