For site owners & facility managers
You provide the space. We do the rest.
If your building has people walking past a spare corner, that corner can feed them without costing you anything or adding a single task to your team's day. We own the machine, we stock it, we fix it.
What we handle, what you handle
The split is deliberately lopsided. A hosted machine only works if it is genuinely invisible to the people whose building it sits in.
Vendura
- Supplying and installing the machine
- Stocking it and keeping it stocked
- Setting prices and the product mix with you
- The payment terminal, KNET and card acceptance
- Maintenance, parts and faults
- Refunds and customer complaints
- Removing it cleanly if you ever want it gone
You
- About one square metre of floor
- A 220V socket within reach
- Access to get it in — lift or ground floor
- Telling us if something looks wrong
That is the whole list. No float, no cash handling, no stock ordering, no one on your team learning a new system.
Which locations work
We would rather tell you no than install a machine that sits idle and makes your lobby look neglected. What matters is traffic past the spot.
Strong
- Clinics and hospital waiting areas
- Labour accommodation
- Universities and training centres
- Gyms and sports clubs
- Offices of 80 people or more
Worth discussing
- Offices of 40 to 80 people
- Showrooms and car dealerships
- Workshops and light industrial sites
- Co-working floors
- Mosque and community complexes
Usually not
- Spots with no passing traffic
- Back corridors and store rooms
- Sites with a staffed canteen beside it
- Outdoor positions without shade or cover
- Buildings with no lift above ground floor
How it goes
You send the location
Area, type of building, roughly how many people pass the spot, and a photo of where you are thinking of putting it. That is enough for us to give you a real answer.
We look at it properly
We visit, check access and power, and tell you which model fits and what we think it will do. If we think it will not perform, we say so at this stage rather than after installation.
We agree the terms in writing
Commission, fixed rent or nothing at all, whichever suits the site, set out in a short agreement. Either side can end it, and we remove the machine at our cost.
We install and start
Delivery, positioning, terminal fitted and tested, stocked with the mix we agreed. Your team does not need to be involved beyond letting us in.
It runs
The machine reports sales and stock over 4G and we service it on that basis. You see the mix improve over the first month as the data tells us what your people actually buy.
Common questions
What does it cost us to host a machine?
Nothing. We own the machine, install it, stock it and service it. You provide the floor space and a 220V socket.
Who handles refilling and faults?
We do. The machine reports its stock levels and any fault over 4G, so we come when it needs us rather than on a fixed round. Your staff never have to manage it.
Do we get a share of the sales?
That depends on the site. Some hosts take a monthly commission, some take a fixed rent, and many take nothing because the machine exists to serve their own staff or visitors and they would otherwise be paying for a pantry. Tell us what the location is and we will put a straight proposal to you.
What kind of locations work?
Offices from around 50 people up, clinics and hospitals, universities and training centres, labour accommodation, gyms, showrooms and workshops. What matters is how many people pass the spot, not how large the organisation is.
How much space does it need?
A standard machine is roughly 1.9 m tall and 0.9 m wide and needs about 0.8 m of depth plus clearance to open the door. The large models are 1.3 m wide. A lift or ground-floor access is needed to get it in.
Can we choose what goes in it?
Yes, and you should. If your staff want a particular drink or your visitors are mostly families, that changes the mix. We set the initial selection with you and adjust it once the sales data comes in.
Send us the spot
A photo of the corner and the name of the area is enough to start. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth putting a machine there.
